Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below for instructions on where and how to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.

To quickly receive the item you want, return the current item and use the form linked below to say what you want instead.

Cancellation Policy:

Once you click the "Complete Purchase" button at checkout, your order will immediately begin processing for efficient and speedy delivery. Due to this, we regret to inform you that your order CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way after submission. Thank you for understanding.

2: Send the products

Before returning any items, we highly recommend that you carefully review our return policy. Once you have done so, please fill out the return form completely and enclose it with the items you are returning.

3: Send the return form
Kindly submit your completed return form by sending an email to support@pupsofa.co.
Be sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
The Track and Trace code should also be included in the email.

You, as the sender, are responsible for ensuring that there are no misunderstandings, and we encourage you to provide us with all necessary information to ensure a smooth return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take up to five days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
