Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Orders made on our website will be transported by a trusted shipping carrier like the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. The company will select the shipping carrier according to its own judgment.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, except on holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the next business day.

We pack each order with great care and dispatch it within 1-3 business days.

The standard delivery time for most products is between 4-7 business days.

We provide free shipping for all orders delivered to your home, and we cover 100% of the shipping expenses, with no minimum order quantity required.


Track your order 

Our Track and Trace page enables you to track your order. It will be available 2-3 days after placing your order, and you can access it online at any time to keep informed about the delivery status and anticipated delivery date.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Additionally, the customer must monitor their package's progress and contact the shipping carrier if it is not moving or is experiencing delays. Delays and Lost Packages

Pup Sofa strives to dispatch all orders promptly, but cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages that may occur after shipment. If a customer experiences delays or lost packages during transit, they should contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, they may first contact us at support@pupsofa.co to confirm if the package is lost or to obtain further information regarding the process.

Changes to Shipping Address

Customers who wish to change their order's shipping address must promptly provide Pup Sofa with the correct and complete information. Pup Sofa cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
